Cleaning kegs on Thursday to fill them on Wednesday so send them out on Thursday again.
The brew house is Chris and Codys second home. They both know it like the back of there hands, One of the two will start an early brew and come in at 7 A.M. and work tell the first batch is made. The second guy will come in two hours later and start getting ready for the second batch, he will then stay until the second batch is made and every thing is cleaned up.
The average bottling day will start Tuesday morning around 8 A.M. and will finish around 3 P.M.
Millstream opened up in 1985 making it the oldest brewing in Iowa. The three men that opened the doors were brothers Denis and James Roemig and partner Carol Zuber.
